Breathe, Release, Shine Guided Movement

This class is taught by:
Through a progressive, traditional movement series, this class will improve your balance and flexibility while strengthening and toning. By focusing on synchronizing "breath" and "movement", you will awaken your core postures while establishing a greater mind-body connection. Practice concludes with a meditative element to leave you centered and relaxed.
